It's free and MIT licensed. There's no server: your Mac talks to GitHub and GitLab directly and tokens stay in the Keychain.
Honest limits: macOS 14+ only, no Bitbucket. The Mac App Store version is in review; the notarized download is on GitHub and doesn't update itself.
