I built this because I was tired of using separate apps for meals and workouts that never talked to each other. I wanted one app that builds my entire day around my goals.
The problem with most fitness apps is they give you either meals OR workouts, never both, matched together. And the ones that try charge $60-150/mo. I wanted something better at a price that makes sense.
