FounderFinder
Find company founder alumni for sales and networking
FounderFinder is an interactive network graph that turns alumni data into actionable intelligence for dealflow, outreach, and research. Every great company is a launchpad for future founders. Search any organization to reveal who left to build what, how deeply their paths overlapped, and how much they've raised.
I built FounderFinder out of curiosity. I kept wondering how many founders companies have produced and how they’re connected to each other.
What is FounderFinder?
A search tool that lets you type in any company and instantly see every alumni who went on to become a founder - visualized as an interactive network graph.
The problem
Founder connections are hidden in plain sight but LinkedIn doesn't show you which ex-colleagues went on to start companies, how their tenures overlapped, or how deeply they're connected. Piecing this together manually takes hours of digging across profiles and Crunchbase pages.
The solution
So I built FounderFinder which pulls it all together in seconds. Search any organization and get a complete visual map of its founder alumni and the connection between them.
What you get
Network graphs showing founder-to-founder connections and how strong they are
- Overlapping tenure timelines so you can see who actually worked together - Funding data for every founder's company in one view - Search by company or university to explore different ecosystems
Who's it for?
- Investors sourcing deals and mapping founder networks - Recruiters tracking where top talent ends up building - Anyone curious about the founder factory behind their own alma mater
Try it out
Search your own company and see who from your network became a founder!
