Hi everyone, I'm the maker of FORMA.
I built it to make animated data presentations easier to create.
The part I'm most excited to share is continuous chart morphing. You can take the same data through several views: bars become a donut, then a treemap; individual observations become a box plot, then a raincloud plot.
You can start with an example or bring your own data, adjust the styling and annotations, and control how long each view stays on screen.
When you're ready, export the sequence as a video or a PowerPoint presentation with the animation included. You can also save the editable FORMA project and return to it later.
The demo shows Apple's revenue mix and body-mass measurements from the Palmer Penguins dataset.
FORMA is free during beta, with no account required. I'm building it for people who explain data in presentations, reports, and research talks.
