I built FocusPhone because most blockers I tried were either too easy to bypass or buried strict blocking behind a subscription.
Pick the apps that distract you most, set a timer on a clean countdown ring, and start a session — those apps stay locked until time's up. Turn on Strict Mode and you can't cancel early, even when the urge to check your phone hits mid-session. Your focus history and stats sync to your account so you can track progress over time.
