Focushala is a combination of a pomodoro timer+ distractions blocker+ daily focus initiator+ reports of your focus & sleep sessions. Apart from that it involves planning a day, week and month, some breathing practices, soundscapes during focus and gratitude practice too. basically many things that help me focus on a daily basis, i thought might help wider audience as well.
Before creating this app I researched for almost 1.5 years on the system i have provided in this app. I think it can help people, because i myself am a big procrastinator and i have realized that systems help us the most. I would love to help the world be more intentionally focused on what truly matters to them.
