I'm going to just say it. Group chats don't work for work updates!🤯😒 You end up with hundreds of birthday wishes and "good morning" messages and then get so tired of reading them that you end up missing the important stuff. 😤😤😤 We just use it because it is easy to set up. Well, we built Fieldmobi Smart Notes to be just as easy to setup and use with a whole lot more 💪power as a work tool. It takes messages from the team and turns them in to 🔍searchable and 📈analyzable data that you can ⬇️download to Excel, 🌐view on a map, 🖋️edit and comment on. It can be used for: 💲 managing expenses 👷 sharing work updates (especially if it's from remote locations) 🔍 inspections 📄 maintenance physical documents like bills and letters 🏠 location recce 🔢data collection ✨ and a whole lot more!!! (No really, you can do whatever you like with it. We even use it to mark locations of places we travel to with pictures!) Here are few things to try: 1. Send a 💬message with 🖼️images, 🎵audio, #hashtags and💲Amounts (+ or -) Select "My Notes" as the team and send a message on the mobile app. Add a "#" before keywords and "+" or "-" before amounts. Click on the buttons to capture and attach images and audio. You can add as many as you like. Go to your dashboard and toggle between map and list view to see details. If you send an image with text, you can view the text from the image on the right panel of the dashboard when you click on the message. You can also search by Text Within Images. 2. Create teams and add users 👩👧🏾🧑🏼‍🦰👨🏽👴🏻👦🏿 Select "My Notes" as the team in the "Team/Project" dropdown and add a team on the mobile app. The "Operation Type" helps automatically set up Categories but they can be easily edited so don't worry too much. Once created, select the team in the "Team/Project" dropdown and "Add a Field User". The Team will automatically appear on the field user's app. (Make sure you tell them to download the Fieldmobi App first). As the Team Owner, you'll be able to see anything they send on the group through your dashboard. 3. View, Update and Send Messages with 🗂️Category Classification using the Star(*) Tag When you create a team, Categories are automatically set up based on the "Operation Type". If you go to "Teams" on the dashboard and click on a team you've created, you'll be able to see the details of the team on the right panel including the categories set up for it. If you click "Edit" you can update those categories. If you add a "*" and the first one or two letters of a category in a message on the mobile app, the message will get automatically categorized. Bonus: If an image has a category mentioned in it (eg. "Bill" is set up as a category and the image you click has the word "Bill" written on it), it'll go straight into "Classification Detected". 💻Make sure to try the web dashboard on a computer to get the most out of it! 💬We love hearing from our users so please leave a review if you have any questions or feedback.
