I built FIDMAP because I kept seeing SaaS teams collect feature requests across email, support tickets, Discord, spreadsheets, and scattered conversations.
The result is that teams know customers are asking for things, but it's difficult to see what matters most or communicate what's actually being built.
FIDMAP brings feedback, feature requests, voting, prioritization, and roadmap communication into one place.
I'm launching FIDMAP today and would especially love feedback from Indie Hackers, SaaS founders, product managers, and people who have used tools like Canny or Frill.
