ever-QR
Static QR codes for print. Pay 5 EUR once, no subscription
ever-QR makes static QR codes for flyers, menus, packaging and cards. The destination is encoded in the pattern, so no redirect server can expire or disable it after printing. Design and preview for free; 5 EUR once unlocks SVG, PNG, JPEG and PDF. Free QR Check tool included.
Hi Product Hunt, I am Vassili, the maker of ever-QR.
The problem: many "free" QR generators produce dynamic codes that route every scan through the provider's server. The printed flyer, menu or label looks fine, but when the trial or plan ends, the code opens an error page or an upsell page. Nothing can be done about the printed copies except stickers or a reprint.
What ever-QR does: it generates a static QR code. The destination is written into the pattern itself, with no redirect server, so nothing on our side can switch it off. You design in the browser (colors, four styles, scan tolerance, optional logo, live readability score), preview for free, then pay 5 EUR once to download SVG, PNG, JPEG and PDF. No account, no subscription, no saved card. A receipt and a recovery link are emailed to you.
Trade-offs, stated upfront: the destination cannot be changed later (point the code at a page you control instead), there are no scan analytics, and it is one code per payment. Dynamic services remain the right choice if you need post-print editing. Also free: QR Check, a browser-side preflight for existing QR images (resolution, contrast, quiet zone, sharpness).
Feedback I would value: is 5 EUR per code the right model, or would you expect a small bundle? And would a pre-print checker that also inspects the destination URL be useful to you?
Note: there is an unrelated product called EverQR on Product Hunt. We are ever-QR at ever-qr.com, operated by Wishmakers SAS in Paris.
