Hi everyone. I play in a wedding band and manage two others, and for years the thing that caused more trouble than any gig was the money afterwards: who drove from where, what came off the top, why the keys player's share was different to mine. Every band I know does this in a spreadsheet, and every spreadsheet gets the order wrong. The fair order is travel off the top, then the equal split, then everyone gets their own travel back.
So I built the tool I wished existed, for my own bands, and it's now open to everyone as Event Band Manager.
What makes it different: every member of the band gets their own login, not just the bandleader. Your gigs, your mileage worked out from your own postcode, your expenses and receipts, the bands you dep for, and a monthly statement that adds up to the penny. Your gigs land in your phone's calendar. It works for a single musician even if their bandleader never signs up. For the band: the fee, any agency or manager cut, everyone's travel taken off the top, the equal split, deps and who pays them, the gear and PAT records agencies ask for, and a booking page, quotes and invoices for bands that book themselves.
Members join free. Band Pro adds the paid features per band, monthly, no contract.
