Hi Product Hunt 👋
I'm Mehmet, and I've spent years as a software developer, mostly building things for other people's companies. Somewhere along the way I realized I wanted to build for myself small, useful tools that solve a real problem, that I fully own, and that I can put in front of people without a sales team in between. So I've become a solo builder, and Estimate Poker is one of the first things I'm shipping into the world.
Every time my team sat down to estimate, the tool got in the way: a paywall for a fourth voter, a forced signup for people who just wanted to click a card once, or a UI that made a 10-minute session feel like a chore. So I built the planning poker tool I actually wanted to use.
What it is:
- Genuinely free. No tiers, no seat limits, no credit card.
- No accounts. Everyone joins as a guest with a display name. Share a link or QR code and they are in.
- Real-time, with a synchronized reveal and agreement + average shown after each round.
- Scrum, Fibonacci, sequential, hours, T-shirt, or a fully custom deck.
- Rooms can be password-protected, and it runs in any browser on any device.
It is early, and I would genuinely love your feedback: what is missing, what feels off, what would make it your team's default. I will be here all day answering.
As a solo builder, your feedback is genuinely the thing I care about most right now, more than upvotes. Tell me what is missing, what feels off, and what would make Estimate Poker your team's default. I will be here all day, replying to every single comment.
Try it, no signup needed: https://estimatepoker.com
PS: I made my day less annoying, hoping my tools do the same for yours. <3
