Elsewhere
A flight simulator for places that don't exist.
Elsewhere is a calm, open-ended flight experience for exploring places that don’t exist. Fly a bush plane or light jet through endless procedural mountains, islands, coastlines, clouds, weather, and changing light. No missions, scores, or marked destinations - just follow your curiosity.
Hi Product Hunt! I’m launching Elsewhere: a flight simulator for places that don’t exist.
You get a small aircraft, an endless sky, and absolutely nowhere to be. The world keeps unfolding around you: mountains, islands, coastlines, valleys, cloud layers, weather, and changing light. If something looks interesting, that is the destination.
I built Elsewhere as part of the GPT-6 Astra Challenge. Astra was used as a building partner across the engineering, procedural generation, visual direction, flight model, audio, testing, and iteration - not as a chat window placed inside the product.
A particularly fun part of the process was connecting Astra to Blender through MCP: we used that bridge to iterate on low-poly trees, rocks, landmarks, boats, docks, and atmosphere, then exported a reviewed asset kit into the browser with explicit placement and validation rules. The finished experience is deployed with OpenAI Sites, so the result is directly playable in the browser.
The result is intentionally a little unusual: a game about wanting to go somewhere, without ever telling you where to go.
I’d love feedback on the feeling of flight, the world generation, and the first place you found yourself flying toward.

Who hunted Elsewhere?
Elsewhere was hunted by Guilherme Campos. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
