EasyCut

Edit your Claude motion videos

EasyCut turns Claude-made motion videos into a fully editable timeline. Every title, scene, image, sound and element is kept on its own track, so you can select anything and ask Claude to change just that part without rebuilding the whole video. Adjust timing, add your brand, fit music to the edit, create smooth slow-mo, resize for different platforms and export when you're done. Free in your browser. Your files stay on your device.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built EasyCut because I kept running into the same problem with Claude-generated motion videos. Claude could get the video 80–90% right, but the last 10–20% was painful. I’d want to change one title, replace one image, adjust one scene, or fix the timing of a single part and suddenly I was regenerating or rebuilding much more than I wanted. That’s what EasyCut is trying to solve. Instead of treating the AI-generated video as one finished output, EasyCut keeps every part editable on a timeline. Titles, scenes, images, audio, and other elements can stay separate. You can select one part and ask Claude to change just that. For example: “Change this title to Launch Day.” Claude sees what you selected, re-renders that part, and EasyCut replaces it without touching the rest of the video. The idea is simple: AI makes the first edit. You finish the last 10–20%. I’ve also been adding things that make the final editing process easier. brand kits, music fitting, smooth slow-mo, resizing for different aspect ratios, and multi-format exports. EasyCut is free, runs in your browser, and your files stay on your computer. I’d especially love feedback on one thing: What’s the most annoying part of editing a video after AI generates the first version?
