Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Rohit, the maker of Docusight. The idea for Docusight came from my father, who runs a Common Service Center (CSC) in our locality. Over the years, I've watched people walk in with all kinds of documents they needed digitized. One person I still remember is a visually impaired teacher. Reading small printed text was difficult, and simply taking a photo and zooming in wasn't enough. My father used to type the document manually, increase the font size, and print a new copy so it was actually readable. Today, AI has made that much easier. But I noticed a different problem: processing long documents still meant uploading pages into a chat, waiting for responses, copying the output, and repeating the process over and over. AI solved the recognition problem, but not the workflow. That observation eventually became Docusight. I wanted to build something focused on one job: turn physical documents into clean, structured, editable content with as little friction as possible. Along the way, the product evolved to preserve headings, tables, formulas, lists, and handwriting instead of just extracting a wall of text. I'm really excited to finally share it with all of you. I'd genuinely love your feedback—whether it's feature ideas, criticism, or even a document that's broken every OCR tool you've tried. Thanks for checking out Docusight! 🚀
