I’m Dylan, the builder of Dishcard. The workflow I’ve focused on is keeping ingredient records, dish recipes and guest information connected. Enter and review an ingredient once, reuse it across dishes and compound recipes, and generate a printable allergen chart, ingredient PDF or hosted QR menu. A saved ingredient change recalculates linked dishes and newly generated outputs. Existing printouts and downloaded files still need replacing. Dishcard organizes the records; the kitchen checks supplier labels, recipes and preparation. You can explore the fictional Cedar & Salt guest menu at https://dishcard.app/m/cedar-and... or use the free worksheet at https://dishcard.app/guides/alle.... The screenshots show fictional training data. The software has a 14-day trial with no card, then costs $19/month per restaurant with unlimited dishes and teammates. Start with three real dishes, then expand once the records are reviewed. If you manage a menu, where does keeping ingredient information current take the most work? I’m here to answer questions and help with that first three-dish setup.
