Hi Product Hunt! 👋
I’m Ilyuha, creator of DevQuest.
Most GitHub profile READMEs fall into two categories: either they look completely identical using standard stats templates, or they are static and get outdated the moment you stop updating them manually.
As developers, our GitHub profile is our digital CV. We wanted to build a tool that lets you showcase your actual identity, style, and stats without the friction. But we also wanted to push the boundaries of what static markdown can do.
That’s why we built DevQuest. Beyond just rendering pretty SVGs with your code stats, we introduced interactive elements. By wrapping our API endpoints, you can now embed a live Guestbook or a Poll directly into your profile README. Your visitors click the card, leave a signature or a vote, and the README card updates in real-time.
Features:
- 33 layout templates to display your stats exactly how you want.
- 15 unique frames (ranging from Terminal and Glass to Neobrutalism and Blueprint).
- 19 developer-first color themes + 40 customizable ASCII arts.
- Auto-refreshing cache, meaning zero manual updates.
- 100% free and open-source.
We are live today and would love to hear your feedback. Try it out, build your custom card, and drop your GitHub profile links in the comments below! I'll be here all day answering questions. 🦾⚡️
