A few weeks ago we launched Multiplayer recording, which lets you wirelessly record with two iPhones or iPads in the same room. We now release remote recording. Invite anyone to join you from anywhere to record high-quality video together, in one tap.
Share an invite with a friend or guest and instantly record high-quality video together. After recording, you can instantly edit your video. We make it crazy simple to create record great video interviews, record a video podcast, or collaborate on your next video.
If you connect iPhone to iPhone, we'll record high quality video and audio locally, and automatically sync when you stop recording. While your video is syncing, you can already edit and add automatic captions.
Everyone can join. Guests can also join in the browser on desktop or Android. When your guest joins in the browser, you'll record the incoming video and audio stream – which will be excellent quality with a decent connection.
Recording is free in Detail. With a free plan you can record, edit, add captions (in select styles) and export your video. And if you like what we're doing and want to use additional layout options and caption styles, you can upgrade to pro.
