Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m Neville, the solo developer behind DeskJoin Clipboard. I regularly work across both Mac and Windows computers, and I kept using email, messaging apps, or temporary cloud uploads just to move a small piece of text or a file from one computer to another. It felt like a simple problem that should have a simpler solution. So I built DeskJoin Clipboard. It lets you copy text, links, images, and files on one computer and paste them on another over your local network. Pair your devices once, then use the familiar copy-and-paste workflow you already know. DeskJoin Clipboard is part of a broader idea I’m working toward: making nearby computers and devices behave like one connected workspace. Clipboard sharing is one part of that, alongside screen, keyboard, and mouse sharing. I’d especially appreciate feedback on: How clear and natural the pairing process feels Which types of clipboard content you transfer most often Whether you prefer automatic sharing or manually choosing a destination Which platform combination matters most to you Any reliability or compatibility problems you encounter I’m developing DeskJoin independently with a limited collection of testing hardware, so real-world reports across different Mac and Windows configurations are extremely valuable. Thank you for checking it out. I’ll be here to answer questions, investigate issues, and listen to honest feedback.
