Decider
Group scheduling polls without the account wall for voters
Decider is the fastest way to find a meeting time everyone agrees on. Propose times, share one link, and your group votes Yes/Maybe/No — no account needed for voters. Times auto-convert to each person's timezone. Free to use.
Hey Product Hunt,
Decider started from a pretty small annoyance: every time a group needed to
land on a meeting time, it turned into either a messy email thread or a polling
tool that made every single guest create an account just to vote. That second
part always felt backwards to me, since the person voting has the least reason
to sign up for anything.
So the whole thing is built around removing that friction. You propose a few
time slots on a calendar, send one link to the group, and people vote yes,
maybe, or no without logging in. Each person sees the times converted to their
own timezone automatically, which sounds minor until you've tried scheduling
across three cities and someone shows up an hour late. Once a time wins, you
can lock it in and attach a video call link right there.
It's free, there's no ad clutter, and the poll links aren't indexed anywhere,
so they're not going to show up in someone's search results months later.
This is still early, so I'm mostly here for feedback. If you regularly deal
with scheduling across teams, clients, or people outside your own company,
I'd like to know what would actually get you to switch from whatever you're
using now, or what's missing before this would replace that.
