Hey everyone — Alex here, maker of DealForge 👋 I built DealForge after repeatedly running into the same problem: analyzing deals was either overly manual (spreadsheets everywhere) or locked behind expensive, clunky software. Coming from a background in real estate and now building software, I wanted something that could actually match how people evaluate deals in the real world — quickly, flexibly, and without sacrificing depth. So I started building a tool that lets you go from rough numbers to a full underwriting analysis in seconds — with metrics like IRR, DSCR, cash-on-cash, plus scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis baked in. What started as a simple calculator quickly evolved into something much more powerful as I kept adding features based on how I (and others) actually think through deals — stress testing, refinance scenarios, side-by-side comparisons, etc. Would genuinely love any feedback: * What feels useful vs overkill? * Anything missing from your workflow? * Where does it fall short? Appreciate you checking it out 🙏
