Hey Product Hunt! I built Crewdoku after watching my wife spend way too much time making schedules for her team. What looked like a simple timetable was actually a small puzzle every time: who is off, who can work which shift, coverage, rest time, weekly hours, swaps, and trying not to give the same people all the bad shifts. As a developer, my first thought was basically: shouldn't a computer be doing most of this? That's how Crewdoku started. You define the rules, it generates a schedule, and you can still change anything manually when real life gets in the way. I also wanted it to stay small and simple, so there's no account or backend. Everything runs in your browser. I'd love to hear from anyone who manages a team or works with shift schedules. What's the most annoying part of scheduling for you?
