Consoly

Daily code-puzzling challenges designed for real developers

Most coding games are for beginners, but Consoly is for real devs. No AI, no hand-holding, just a daily snippet to compile in your head. Prove your logic and share your score.

Top comment

Hey everyone, diegoveloper here. I built Consoly because we are relying way too much on AI tools to write our code nowadays, and it is fun to occasionally test if we can still read raw code fast without relying on shortcuts. So I made a daily 5-minute game where you get a code snippet(random language) and only 3 attempts to guess the exact output. No tutorials, no AI help. Just you and the code. What you get: * The Daily: One puzzle every 24 hours. High stakes. * Practice: Over 100 past challenges to play using a random language. * Learn: Quick interactive guides for syntax and learn a new language. * Battles: Create a multiplayer room to play and compete with your friends in real-time. * Rankings: Daily, weekly, and legends leaderboards to see where you stand. I actually tested this with some dev friends in SF and even senior engineers failed on their first try (there is a video of their reactions in the gallery if you want to watch). The App is free to play. There are some optional premium features inside if you want unlimited battles or weekly streak saves, but you can play the main game without paying anything. Give it a shot, let me know what you think and tell me if you solved today's puzzle. Cheers!

Who hunted Consoly?

Consoly was hunted by Diego Velásquez. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
