Hey PH 👋 I'm Dana, the founder of Colloquo.
I built this after talking to hiring managers who all described the same problem: they're good at interviewing, but they can't be in every room. Their team asks bad questions, evaluates on vibes, and forgets half of what the candidate said by the time the debrief happens.
The expert interviewer exists at almost every company. They're just a bottleneck.
Colloquo started as a simple question: what if you could bottle what a great interviewer knows and give it to everyone on the team?
A few weeks of discovery calls later, here's what I built: a rubric builder that gets you structured in under 30 minutes, a live interview assistant that surfaces follow-up questions in real time, and a scorecard that writes itself so nothing gets lost.
