We're thrilled to finally share Cloobot X with the community. The idea for Cloobot X came from a lesson we learned the hard way. In our previous startup, we built a no-code platform for the construction industry. We thought technology would be the biggest challenge. It wasn't. The real challenge was preserving intent. Customers would explain what they wanted, we'd interpret it, requirements would evolve through discussions, and somewhere along the way, important context would get lost. We realized that building software wasn't the hardest part—building the right software was. As we worked with larger enterprises, we saw the exact same problem at a much bigger scale. Business intent gets fragmented across workshops, meeting notes, emails, documents, spreadsheets, Jira tickets, and countless handoffs. By the time development begins, teams often lose sight of the original "why." Today, AI is making software delivery faster than ever. But faster delivery doesn't guarantee better outcomes. If the original intent isn't captured and preserved, AI can simply help teams build the wrong thing more efficiently. That's why we built Cloobot X—an AI-powered "System of Record for Intent". Cloobot X helps enterprise IT and consulting teams capture discovery conversations, generate structured requirements, preserve decision context, and maintain end-to-end traceability from discovery through delivery.
