I'm really excited for you to check out our these two handbooks we wrote for startup founders 🤓
There's a lot of content out there for startup founders about legal topics, but a lot of it isn't accurate. The information that is accurate is scattered across blog posts by attorneys, which makes it difficult for people to get up to speed quickly.
My co-founder and I are both startup attorneys, so we wrote these two handbooks to solve these problems.
The first handbook is called Legal Concepts for Founders — it provides startup founders with a solid foundation of legal knowledge that they can operate off of. Side note: this handbook was first hunted several years ago, but we've updated it and also gave it a visual refresh. The other handbook is brand new and is called Startup Incorporation for Founders. That's a central resource covering everything you need to know about startup incorporation.
A few content-related notes:
• We mention this in the handbook, but this is all written with US-based startups in mind. We fully recognize a lot of founders are elsewhere, but there's just too much to cover if we were to expand the scope to beyond the US. Sorry about that!
• The word "startup" means different things to different people. We use the word in pretty much the way PG uses it here: http://www.paulgraham.com/growth...
