I built ClearJSON after the original JSON Formatter β 2M+ users, 10 years open-source β was sold and turned into adware with geo-tracking. The community lost trust overnight.
Five free alternatives emerged. All are passion projects. None are commercialized, which means no guarantee they'll be maintained long-term. I wanted something sustainable.
