Learning languages has been my hobby for many years. I'm currently learning HSK5 and pursuing MBA in Shanghai, China at the same time. When it comes to listening practicing, I've tried different methods and dictation is one of my favorite methods! To my surprise, I could not find as many dictation platforms for Chinese as I found for English. So I decided to build one myself.
The idea is simple: You choose a lesson of your level > The video read each sentence and pause so you can fill in what you hear!
But there are more: - You can save vocabulary while listening to your Word Bank to review later - You can review and redo the sentences you got wrong to improve the result - You can note your own understanding of the vocabs and print them out in a Chinese character sheets to practice writing in iPad or on paper
After sharing the web to social media, I got quite a few good feedback from users saying this is what they've been looking for.
