We built Chatty because most small teams need fast customer support on their website, but existing tools often become expensive, closed, or too complex once you need training data, leads, booking, team workflows, and analytics together.
Chatty lets you create an AI support bot trained on your website, files, help articles, and product data. It can answer visitors instantly, collect lead details, book meetings in the visitor’s time zone, and keep the full conversation history inside a team dashboard.
The big difference is that Chatty is open source. You can use the hosted version for speed, or self-host it if you want more control over your data and infrastructure.
