When I used to lead student clubs and events back in college, one of my biggest troubles after an event was issuing E-certificates. The platforms that exist work on subscriptions which I knew would not be renewed after the first month breaking verification. To solve this, I used to write my own scripts which I could never pass down to my juniors because they were brittle. Thats what motivated me to start CertLeaf.
