Catalog Checkpoint is a free browser-local review tool for ecommerce agencies. Upload a Google-format CSV or TSV, optionally compare the previous export, and get an action list for missing fields, promotion pricing and product changes. Export findings as CSV or print a client review. Feed contents stay in your browser. No Google login required. A limited beta, not a complete Merchant Center audit or a guarantee of product approval.
We built Catalog Checkpoint to test a specific workflow: reviewing a promotion feed before an agency hands it back to a client. Existing feed tools already do a lot; we want to learn whether a focused action list makes this handoff easier.
The free beta checks standard Google-format CSV/TSV exports up to 2 MB and 10,000 products. It flags selected format issues, sale-price concerns, removed products and changed prices/availability. It does not connect to accounts, change feeds or inspect live product pages.
There is also a clearly labeled, non-binding question about a possible €49/month agency edition with branding, history and reusable thresholds. Those features are not available yet. We're looking for honest workflow feedback, including reasons not to use it.
