Capti captures audio from what is playing on your screen through live screen recording, turns it into real-time captions, and displays them in a floating Picture in Picture window so you can keep watching while reading along.
It also supports instant translation in 20 languages, saved transcripts with timestamps, .srt subtitle export, and video import, so you can import a recorded video file and get a transcription or subtitle file afterward.
Transcription and translation are powered by local AI running on your device.
