I built Cadensend because I kept seeing the same pattern: smart people with great docs and notes, but no simple way to turn that into a *series* readers could follow in their inbox—without copy-pasting into ChatGPT every week and praying Mailchimp didn’t send twice.
Cadensend starts from one learning goal. It plans a multi-module curriculum, then generates each issue just before send time, grounded in *your* URLs and files—with citations, not vibes. You stay in control: edit, preview, approve, then schedule. Sending is a boring, reliable job (not an agent free-for-all), so approved issues go out once.
What evolved along the way: we narrowed the promise on purpose—this isn’t a CRM or growth stack. It’s “one goal → structured series → delivered reliably.” We also leaned into self-hosting (MIT): Go for control plane, Python/LangGraph for generation and RAG, Next.js for the workspace—so teams can run it with their own models and email provider.
