Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m the solo developer behind C2PA Lab.
I built this out of a very simple personal frustration: I wanted a straightforward way to inspect C2PA Content Credentials without having to upload my original photos to someone else's cloud server.
Most existing viewers I tried either sent the raw files across the wire (which is a complete dealbreaker for sensitive or unpublished work) or just dumped a massive wall of cryptographic JSON that didn't make much sense.
So I put together C2PA Lab to do things locally:
• Everything runs in your browser via WebAssembly, so your files never actually leave your machine.
• Instead of giving you a fake "90% AI or Real" score, it just shows what the signed manifest actually contains—creation info, recorded edits, ingredients, and source declarations.
• For developers, the full manifest store and raw assertions are still there if you want to dig into the JUMBF data.

It’s completely free and doesn't require any account or signup.
