I built BQReady after realizing that most SQL practice platforms teach general syntax, while BigQuery interviews often test much more specific decisions: choosing the correct grain, using QUALIFY, working with arrays and UNNEST, defining window frames, avoiding duplicate-producing joins, and thinking about query efficiency.
BQReady gives analysts a structured way to practice those skills using real public BigQuery datasets. Each problem includes clear requirements, staged hints, expected output columns, and a reviewed solution with an explanation of why the approach works.
The question bank currently includes 200+ beginner, intermediate, and advanced problems. The SQL solutions have been dry-run in BigQuery, and multi-table questions were checked against the underlying data before publication.
You can start with 10 complete problems for free, and the site also includes a step-by-step guide for setting up BigQuery Sandbox without a credit card.
