I built BloomNest after seeing how childcare facilities struggle with paper-based scheduling, manual time tracking, and fragmented communication.
The challenge: coordinators were juggling spreadsheets for staff rosters, paper sign-in sheets, and WhatsApp groups for parent updates. It was chaos.
BloomNest brings everything together — role-based dashboards for every stakeholder (Admin, Board, Manager, Educator, Parent), smart scheduling with conflict detection, integrated time tracking, and a parent portal.
Built with Angular 18 and Appwrite Cloud, with Firebase for auth and real-time notifications. Deployed on Vercel.
