I built Blank Launcher because I kept opening Instagram without even deciding to.
It was muscle memory, not intention.
The 10 second friction timer sounds like a small thing but it genuinely changed how
I use my phone. That pause breaks the automatic behavior.
This is my first shipped app. Built it solo over several months, learned Android
development from scratch in the process.
