BJJ Techniques
Master 175+ BJJ techniques with structured learning paths
A free BJJ encyclopedia and learning app featuring 175+ techniques organized by position, 9 structured learning paths (6-12 weeks each), and a visual technique tree that maps out your options from every position. Track your progress, search in real time, and train offline — all in English, Japanese, and Portuguese.
Hey Product Hunt!
I'm the maker of BJJ Techniques — a free iOS app built for anyone who trains Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
When I started BJJ, I struggled to organize the huge number of techniques in my head. There are so many moves across different positions, and it's easy to feel lost without a clear roadmap. I wanted a single place where I could browse techniques by position, follow a structured curriculum, and visually see how techniques connect to each other.
What makes it different:
- Technique Tree — A visual graph view from each position, color-coded by category (sweeps, submissions, escapes, etc.)
- 9 Learning Paths — Structured 6-12 week programs, from white belt fundamentals to competition prep
- 175+ Techniques — Organized by category and position, with progress tracking
- Offline-first — All data stored locally, perfect for the gym
- Multilingual — English, Japanese, and Portuguese
It's completely free with no ads and no paywalls.
I'd love to hear your feedback — whether you train BJJ or are just curious about the sport!
Oss!
