BandSchedule
Find the best rehearsal time without the endless group chat.
Trying to schedule a rehearsal with four musicians, three jobs, and one bassist who “might do Tuesday at 11:47pm” is chaos. Band Schedule lets every band member add availability and instantly finds the best time to meet. No spreadsheets. No group chat chaos. Just set availability and lock the session. More playing. Less scheduling.
I built BandSchedule because organizing a simple rehearsal was always harder than actually playing.
Between different jobs, inconsistent schedules, and endless WhatsApp messages, we’d lose more time deciding when to meet than actually rehearsing.
So I made something simple: everyone adds availability, and the app finds the best time automatically.
No back and forth. No friction.
Curious to hear how others are currently solving this, or if you’ve just accepted the chaos?

BandSchedule was hunted by Horacio Bolz. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
