I'm Het, maker of Arolead.
💡 Why I built it
Small businesses and creators in India run a big part of their sales through Instagram DMs. I kept seeing the same thing happen: someone comments "price?" on a reel, nobody replies for hours, and the customer is gone. Auto-reply tools fixed the replies, but the leads still ended up scattered across Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp with no way to follow up.

🔄 How it evolved
It started as a simple auto-reply bot. Then I noticed users cared less about the reply and more about what happened after it, so the CRM became the core of the product.
I also rethought pricing. Most tools cap how many messages you can send. I didn't want to punish growth, so replies aren't capped on any plan, and Comment-to-DM is included on the free plan.
Getting approved by Meta took real persistence. Every permission is now fully approved, so you're connecting through the official Meta API, with no scraping or workarounds.
