My name is Roman, I'm the founder of AppstoreSpy, an easy-to-use tool for analyzing the app market.
Problem 👀
As an app developer, I struggled to find an affordable tool to quickly research niche markets and app data. I had to collect information about competing apps manually, which was time-consuming. After realizing this inefficiency, I saw an opportunity to create a better solution, which led to AppstoreSpy.
Solution 🤸♂️
Initially, I created an extension for Google Chrome that embedded app metrics into Google Play, allowing analysis without leaving the search results. This simplified the process, saving significant time and effort.
As the extension gained popularity, I expanded it to a web service with advanced analytics. Users can quickly explore apps, evaluate downloads, revenue, countries, releases, ratings, and similar apps. This comprehensive service helps to study competitors, build app collections, and track changes.
Result 🏖
That's why we launched a new version of AppstoreSpy, developed based on user feedback. The interface has become more user-friendly and new features have appeared. The update allows you to quickly search for applications using 50+ filters, analyze niches in detail, explore low-competitive areas with high traffic, study the dynamics of application development, identify leading players and find developer contacts. It is also possible to create your own tracking lists called collections.
