Hey! I built this because I personally missed a recruiter follow-up that ended up in my spam folder. That was frustrating enough to start building something to catch these automatically. One thing I’ve learned quickly is that trust is the biggest challenge with a product like this. I’ve tried to make everything as transparent as possible (read-only access, no email content stored, etc), but I know it’s still a big ask. If you’re currently job hunting, I’d really appreciate any feedback: Would you trust something like this? What would make you feel more comfortable using it? Happy to answer anything.

Who hunted ApplyInbox?
ApplyInbox was hunted by Timo Harmonen. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
