alpflo
What Switzerland's public registers say about a parcel
alpflo turns a Swiss address into a source-verified property brief: building and zoning data, public-law restrictions, and modelled context. Every field links to its official source and shows how certain it is. No valuations, just facts and their provenance. DE / FR / EN.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I built alpflo to fix something specific: checking a property in Switzerland means stitching together data across the land register, the ÖREB/RDPPF cadastre, and separate portals in each of 26 cantons, most of it in dense administrative language.
alpflo takes a single address and assembles what the public registers actually say about that parcel: the building, the zoning, public-law restrictions on ownership, and modelled context. Two things I cared about most:
Provenance on every field — each fact links back to its official source. Nothing is asserted without showing where it came from.
Honesty about certainty — every field shows one of four states: in the register, nothing recorded, modelled, or unresolvable. You see not just the answer but how sure it is.
It deliberately makes no valuations and no estimates. It's live in German, French and English, currently covering a select set of cantons with more being added.
I'd genuinely value feedback on the provenance/certainty approach — is showing "how sure" per field useful, or noise? Happy to answer anything.
