AI search + shopping assistant, €49/mo
Enterprise search without enterprise pricing
SearchX gives e-commerce stores enterprise-grade AI search for €49/month flat rate. While Algolia charges €200-800/month with per-search fees, SearchX offers semantic search, autocomplete, smart filters, analytics, and AI shopping assistant — all included. 5-minute setup: connect your product feed, add a JavaScript snippet. No developer needed. Works with WooCommerce, Shopify, OpenCart, React, Next.js, or any platform with an XML feed. €49/mo flat. Unlimited searches. No surprises.
"Laptop i7 16GB" → zero results. "Τσάντα" typed as "tsanta" (Greeklish) → zero results. A simple typo → zero results.
That's the search bar on most e-commerce stores. The product is right there. The customer just can't find it. So they leave. 👋
Hey Product Hunt! I'm Marios, co-founder of SearchX. Quick backstory on why this exists:
My co-founder Panagiotis runs an online pharmacy in Greece. He was watching customers abandon carts every day — not because he didn't stock what they wanted, but because his search couldn't find it for them. Wrong spelling, Greeklish, a model number with a space in it, and the store would shrug and return nothing.
So he went looking for a fix: - Algolia → north of €500/month, plus per-search fees that spike exactly when traffic is good. - Elasticsearch → great, if you have a DevOps team to babysit it. - Custom build → weeks of dev work for something that should be a checkbox.
The problem is universal. 99% of e-commerce stores have under 20K products. They need enterprise-grade search but can't justify enterprise pricing or complexity. Default platform search is terrible, and the good stuff is built for the 1%.
So we built SearchX on one principle: make AI-powered search accessible.
- Flat €49/month — up to 20K products, which covers 99% of stores - 5-minute setup — no developer needed - Unlimited searches — no usage fees, ever - Everything included — search + AI shopping assistant + analytics
We launched with Greek stores first, because Greeklish support was non-negotiable here. Roughly 40% of Greek shoppers search in Latin characters. If we could nail that edge case, the rest of the world was easy. Now we're expanding globally.
One thing we didn't plan for: customers didn't just need to "find" products, they needed help "discovering" them. So we added CopilotX — an AI shopping assistant that recommends products, answers questions, and adds items to cart straight from the chat. Same €49/month. No upsell.
(For the record on "build systems that don't break": before tech I spent 14 years as a naval officer, 30 of them commanding a warship. Old habits.)
Try it: 14-day free trial, no credit card. Connect your feed, drop in one script tag, go live.
We're here all day. Ask us anything about AI search, e-commerce, or why most search engines are wildly overpriced. 😄
What's the dumbest thing your store's search bar has ever failed to find?
