So I turned that problem into a practical guide. On the business side it helps to define the core inputs AI actually needs to be useful for a business: who your best customers are, which segments matter most, where your funnel is breaking, which metrics you are trying to improve, and how customers describe their problems in their own words.
On the AI side it has a pre-defined templates and guides that allows to get real business advices based on the context and real world examples
