AeroQueue started from a frustration I've had too many times — standing at check-in with zero idea whether I'd make it through immigration before my gate closed.
What struck me is how different every person's relationship with an airport is. A departing passenger needs a "leave by" time. A transit passenger needs a connection safety check. Someone picking up family just wants to know when to leave the house. And airport staff need a density view, not a passenger-facing wait time. So I built a role-first product that gives each type of user exactly what they're asking.
The next step is wiring into real airport queue APIs — several major hubs (Changi, Heathrow, AMS) have public or partner data feeds. Happy to talk integration if you work in that space.
